The Solution

​The existing floor standing boiler was located central in the church and was heating a 2 zone system. A mixture of natural and fan assisted radiators were all in good condition and required no further work. The plan was to remove the old church boiler, circulation pump and top up system and replace them with a complete new boiler room. A new boiler was installed with a vertical flue kit along with new ventilation ducts for cooling. The existing radiators were removed and cleaned out with chemicals to ensure there was no sludge in the system. A filter was added and balanced to provided even heat throughout the entire heating system. The entire project was completed in just 4 days and was done around the daily bookings held in the church.
