Gas Safe Registered Church Heating Engineers

All of our church heating engineers are fully Gas Safe Registered, and fully insured, giving our customers complete peace of mind that they are in good, safe hands.

It is extremely important to check that anyone who is working on your heating system is Gas Safe Registered, it’s an official list of professionals who are qualified and legally allowed to carry out work and maintenance on gas appliances.

Our engineers were all formally CORGI registered, but since the new health and safety laws were passed in 2009, it is now a legal requirement that all gas engineers are now on the Gas Safe Register.

Gas appliance work carried out by someone who is not qualified is illegal, not to mention potentially dangerous, so always be sure to check your engineer’s ID card, don’t be afraid to ask to see it. You should check that the photo matches, that the card hasn’t expired, and that the engineer hold the relevant qualifications on the back of the card.
