The church was facing big flu and boiler problems until HeatinGlobal was contacted about their situation. The church fluing system was collapsing at the point of the boiler which was causing boiler damage and also fumes not being correctly disposed of. The main issue was the flu was asbestos and could not be repaired. The boiler sectional system was also leaking from a number of points and was also beyond repair.

HeatinGlobal came up with a suitable and safe situation to remove the existing fluing and boiler system and install a new wall hung Keston C110 condensing Boiler allowing more storage space in the church basement. The fluing system for the Keston was kept to a minimum allowing just two pipes of 150mm to pass through the church walls at the rear so no more large ugly pipe was running up the church walls.

The system was drained down to remove all the sludge and rust build up that had caused the system to work slowly and expensive. The new boiler now is not only safe and easy to use but is saving money and keeping the church building warm.
