Easy Does It – Manchester church Get a Quick Heating Fix!
The Challange
Not all of our jobs are large scale full heating system replacement projects, so when St Martin’s Church in Oldham, Greater Manchester, came to us with their small issue, we were more than happy to help. The church approached us because the heating had stopped working, and couldn’t identify the problem. The church already had a nice underfloor heating system, and all of the ancillaries and components were in good condition, and after our technician’s initial inspection, it was clear that the wall hung boilers had reached the end of their life.
The Solution
We swiftly replaced the twin wall-hung boilers for more modern, economic and energy-efficient units. We also installed a new heating control unit which allowed wireless control, as well as a full system power flush to ensure all the piping was clear and free from blockage.
The work was completed in just two days and caused minimal disruption to the morning mother and baby group that used the church hall in the mornings.
