St. Paul’s Church, Birmingham
The Challange
St Paul’s Church in Birmingham contacted the church heating specialist to tackle their on-going church heating issues. The church boilers had failed for some time but prior to this, when the boilers was working correctly, the system took a long time to heat up. Our church heating engineers found there were a number of issues with the original install and corrections were needed to the church heating system to ensure the system would work correctly.
The Solution
The new church boiler was an Ideal Evo Max and the existing pipes were changed around to allow for the install to be correct. The existing circulation pump in the church was under sized and it was taking hours for the church to get warm. A new Magna 1 Grunfoss pump was installed in it’s place and the overall running time of the new church boiler has been cut by 4 hours. The job was completed in just three days, so the church were pleased that no disruption was being made to any mid week bookings. The church members have been overwhelmed by the expertise of our church heating engineers and how fast we had found the issue after seeking advise from other contractors.
