The Challange
Fr Peter contacted the church heating specialists again to look at reducing the running cost of the parish hall boilers. The current boilers were old floor standing boilers with no zoning control. The centre was being rented out on various floor so it was important to reduce the overall running cost by splitting the system into zones.
The Solution
We added a new sub gas meter so that exact calculations could be taking when the church needed to bill its tenants. The decision was taken to install 2 new wall hung Ideal boilers and stripping out the old ugly and rusted flue. A new Eco pump was installed along with a filter system to keep the church boilers clean and clear. The existing timer control was all done by a completed panel system that people would often leave running when not needed. A new user friendly timer control was needed. The parish office was added onto the system by installing a new small radiator. All completed in just 5 days.
