Blessed is a city in 1925, Stoke-On-Trent it often abbreviated to Stoke, and is located in the West Midlands region of the UK, and makes up part of Staffordshire along with Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Stoke is probably best to know amongst the youth of today for one of the UK’s biggest tourist attraction – Alton Towers, which lies in the rural suburbs of Staffordshire.

Stoke is part of one of 6 Catholic parishes, and its first church was founded in the 600’s AD.Stoke-on-Trent is also known as the Potteries, due to its early pottery industry, and is said to be the birthplace of the industry. Now it is more focussed on the service industries and distribution centres.
